Cancellation Policy

1. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Psychological assessments require 2 to 4 hours of dedicated, blocked clinical time. Therefore, we strictly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the start time will forfeit the assessment fee. 2. Telehealth & Remote Testing Environment To maintain clinical integrity, all remote evaluations must be conducted in a private, quiet, and distraction-free environment. For legal and ethical compliance, you must be stationary (not driving or in a public space) and physically located in the state of Oklahoma at the time of your appointment. If these conditions are not met when the video session begins, the appointment must be immediately rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee will apply. 3. Intake & Pre-Session Questionnaires To maximize our direct clinical time together, you will receive secure digital intake forms and preliminary rating scales prior to your session. These must be completed prior to your appointment so the clinician can review your data. 4. Payment, Insurance & Refunds Please note that we do not accept insurance for these assessment services at this time. Full payment is required out-of-pocket at the time of booking to secure your evaluation slot. We accept all major credit/debit cards as well as "Buy Now, Pay Later" installment plans (such as Klarna) at checkout. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, your payment will be fully refunded or applied to a rescheduled date. No refunds are issued for completed testing and evaluation services, regardless of the final diagnostic outcome.
